目的:探讨槲皮素对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血管内皮功能及主动脉纤维化的影响,并初探其机制.方法:取10 只Wistar-Kyoto(WKY)大鼠设为正常组;取40 只SHR随机平均分为模型组,槲皮素低、高剂量组和卡托普利组.槲皮素低、高剂量组分别1 次/d灌胃给予50mg/kg、100mg/kg 槲皮素,卡托普利组1 次/d灌胃给予30mg/kg卡托普利,正常组和模型组1 次/d灌胃给予等体积生理盐水.连续治疗8 周后,测量大鼠血压,ELISA…查看全部>>
