目的:探讨血清细胞间黏附因子-1(Intercellular abhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1),同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(Monocyte chemotactic protein-1,MCP-1)水平与视网膜静脉阻塞(Retinal vein occlusion,RVO)患者血管内皮功能的相关性.方法:采用回顾性分析我院在2020 年7 月至2023 年10 月期间收治的RVO患者95 例为RVO组,另选取同期于本院行体检的健康人群102 例作为正常对照组.比较两组 ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1、血管内皮功能[内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)、一氧化氮(Nitric oxide,NO)]水平;比较 RVO 组不同疾病类型 ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1、ET-1 及NO水平;比较不同病情程度ICAM-1、MCP-1、ET-1 及NO水平;分析血清 ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1 水平与RVO患者血管内皮功能的相关性.结果:RVO 组血清 ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1、ET-1 水平高于对照组,NO水平低于对照组(P<0.05);CRVO 患者的血清 ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1、ET-1 水平高于 BRVO 患者,NO水平低于BRVO患者(P<0.05);ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1、ET-1 水平:轻度<中度<重度,NO 水平:轻度>中度>重度(P<0.05);血清ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1 水平与ET-1 水平成正相关,与NO水平呈负相关(P<0.05).结论:血清ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1 水平在RVO患者中均呈异常升高状态,且与ET-1、NO具有一定的相关性,可通过对血清ICAM-1、Hcy、MCP-1 水平的检测用以评估血管内皮功能损伤状况,以便于及早实施治疗.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),Homocysteine(Hcy),and Monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)levels and vascular en-dothelial function in patients with retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Methods:A retrospective,double-blind method was used to analyze 95 patients with RVO admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to October 2023 as the RVO group,and 102 healthy people who underwent a physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the normal control group.To compare the levels of ICAM-1,Hcy,MCP-1,vascular endothelial function[Endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)]between the two groups;to compare the levels of ICAM-1,Hcy,MCP-1,ET-1 and NO in the RVO group with different types of diseases;to com-pare the levels of ICAM-1,MCP-1,ET-1 and NO in the RVO group with different degrees of diseases;and to analyze the correlation between serum levels of ICAM-1,Hcy,MCP-1 and vascular endothelial function in RVO patients.Results:Serum ICAM-1,Hcy,MCP-1,and ET-1 levels were higher and NO levels were lower in the RVO group than in the control group(P<0.05);serum ICAM-1,Hcy,MCP-1,and ET-1 lev-els were higher and NO levels were lower in the CRVO patients than in the BRVO patients(P<0.05);ICAM-1,MCP-1,and ET 1levels:mild<moderate<severe,NO levels:mild>moderate>severe(P<0.05);serum ICAM-1,Hcy,MCP-1 levels were positively correlated with ET-1 levels and negatively correlated with NO levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum ICAM-1,Hcy and MCP-1 levels are all abnormally elevated in RVO patients,and are correlated with ET-1 and NO to a certain extent.Detection of serum ICAM-1,Hcy and MCP-1 levels can be used to assess the status of vascular endothelial function injury,to facilitate early treat-ment.
