摘要

Abstract

This paper attempts to address the problem of the fine particles and loose structure of the graphite tailings.The study by using the cementation method of polyacrylamide and graphite tailings par-ticles,consists of analyzing the size change of graphite tailings particles aggregate with polyacrylamide added,and studying the influence of the change of polyacrylamide concentration on the stability of graph-ite tailings particles aggregate.The results show that adding polyacrylamide with mass concentration less than 0.1%,the number of aggregates with particle size less than 0.25 mm in graphite tailings decreases significantly;the number of large aggregates bigger than 0.25 mm tends to increase with the increase of concentration of polyacrylamide,and polyacrylamide has obvious effect on improving the stability of graphite tailings particles.When the mass concentration of polyacrylamide exceeds 0.04%,the total po-rosity of graphite tailings particle aggregate gradually decreases with the increase of the mass concentration of polyacrylamide;when the mass concentration of polyacrylamide is less than 0.04%,there is obvious pore structure between the aggregates,promoting water infiltration and enhancing the water retention abil-ity of graphite tailings;when the polyacrylamide mass concentration is 0.04%,the pore structure be-tween the aggregates is most obvious and most favorable for water infiltration.
