针对在上覆采空区及遗留保护煤柱下采用下行开采布置放顶煤工作面时,下分层煤层掘进巷道严重变形和回采过程中导致下部煤层工作面发生冒顶、压架等问题,本文以芦子沟煤业为例通过FLAC3D数值模拟,对遗留煤柱下巷道稳定性进行研究,得出下层煤巷道与煤柱外错35m时所处应力环境得到极大改善;采用合理的巷道布置方案和高预应力强力支护方案后,矿压监测结果显示,回采期间巷道顶底板移近量为90mm,两帮移近量为179mm,巷道断面收缩率仅为3.9%,保证了下部5号煤层煤炭资源的安全高效回收.

Aiming at the serious deformation of the roadway in the lower layer coal seam when the top coal face was caved under the overlying goaf and the remaining protective coal pillar,and the problem such as roof falling and buckling occured in the working face of the lower coal seam during the mining process,Taking Luzigou coal Industry as example the stability of the roadway under the remaining coal pillar was studied by FLAC3D numerical simulation.The results showed that the stress environment was greatly improved when the coal roadway and coal pillar were separated by 35m.With reasonable roadway layout scheme and high prestressed strong support scheme,the mine pressure monitoring results showed that during mining,the roadway roof and floor displacement was 90mm,the two-side displacement was 179mm,and the roadway section shrinkage was only 3.9%,which ensured the safe and efficient recovery of coal resources in the lower 5#coal seam.
