摘要

Abstract

This paper aims to study the effect of precipitant on the performance of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 cathode materials of lithium ion batteries by taking Na2CO3,CO(NH2)2,NaHCO3 and NH4HCO3 as pre-cipitants to prepare LiNi0.5Mn1.5 O4 materials with hydrothermal-molten salt method.The study is accom-plished by characterizing the materials with X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy;and testing the electrochemical prop-erties of the materials.The results show that the lithium nickel manganese oxide material prepared with Na2 CO3 as precipitant has less Mn3+content,high crystallinity,uniform particle distribution and small size,and exhibits the most stable structure.The Na2CO3-LNMO sample has a discharge specific capacity of 122.87 mAh/g at 1 C and a capacity retention rate of 93.17%after 200 cycles,which has the best electrochemical performance.
