为解决孙家沟13315回风巷在掘进期间受动压影响巷道变形严重的问题,保证工作面安全回采,通过数值模拟对巷道围岩应力分布和破坏特征进行分析,掘进160m时,巷道顶板最大破坏深度达到5.5m,巷道两帮最大破坏深度均达到4.5m.确定了掘进动压巷道破坏范围,提出采用锚注一体高强注浆加固技术支护体系,通过矿压数据监测可知,锚注一体高强注浆加固技术可以保障多重扰动巷道的安全开采.

In order to solve the serious roadway deformation caused by dynamic pressure in No.13315 return air roadway of Sunjiagou Mine during excavation and ensure safe mining of working face,the stress distribution and failure characteristics of surrounding rock of the roadway were analyzed by numerical simulation.The maximum failure depth of the roadway roof reached 5.5 m when tunneling 160 m.The maximum damage depth of both sides of the roadway reached 4.5 m.The failure range of tunneling dynamic pressure roadway was determined,and the support system of anchor-injection integrated high-strength grouting was proposed.The monitoring of mine pressure data showed that anchor-injection integrated high-strength grouting reinforcement technology could effectively maintain the safe mining of multiple disturbance roadway.
