Research on Development of Foreign Cislunar Space Communications and Navigation Service System
随着月球探测的持续升温,地月空间通信、导航、网络服务的需求快速增长,美欧等开始推动商业力量建立地月空间通信与导航服务系统.文章对国外地月空间通信与导航服务系统的发展进行全面分析,梳理了政府航天机构正在推动的月球网络(LunaNet)、月光(Moonlight)倡议等月球通信与导航服务计划,以及商业公司在政府机构引领下实施的地月自主定位系统技术操作与导航实验(CAPSTONE)、月球探路者(Lunar Pathfinder)、秒差距(Parsec)等系统与技术研究项目.在此基础上,研究分析地月空间通信与导航服务系统发展的深空光通信、月球表面蜂窝通信、网络安全等关键技术;给出系统发展趋势,如服务加速发展、注重通导一体化、重视国际标准制定;提出规划长远发展路线图、加强国际合作、促进公私合作等启示与建议,可为地月空间通信与导航服务系统的发展提供参考.
As lunar exploration continues to be trendy,the demands for cislunar space communica-tions,navigation,and network services increase rapidly.The United States and Europe have be-gun to promote commercial efforts to establish cislunar space communications and navigation service systems.The development of foreign cislunar space communications and navigation sys-tems are comprehensively analyzed,outlining LunaNet,Moonlight and other plans promoted by government space agencies,as well as CAPSTONE(Cislunar Autonomous Positioning System Technology Operations and Navigation Experiment),Lunar Pathfinder,Parsec and other system and technology research projects implemented by commercial companies under the guidance of government agencies.On this basis,key technologies including deep space optical communica-tions,lunar surface cellular communications,and network security are analyzed.Trends in the development of these systems are presented,highlighting the acceleration of service develop-ment,the integration of communication and navigation,and attention to the formulation of inter-national standards.Some insights and recommendations for future development of these systems are put forward,such as planning a long-term development roadmap,enhancing international co-operation,and fostering public-private partnerships.These suggestions can serve as references for the development of cislunar communications and navigation systems.
