归脾汤对化疗肌无力大鼠抗炎机制的实验研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Experimental study on the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Guipi decoction on myasthenia rats after chemotherapy
目的:结合课题组前期网络药理学及生物信息学分析结果,探讨归脾汤改善化疗肌无力的抗炎机制.方法:选取40只SPF级雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、归脾汤低、中、高剂量组,每组 8只.腹腔注射 5-氟尿嘧啶(28 mg/kg)连续 5 d,建立化疗肌无力模型,归脾汤低、中、高剂量组灌胃(0.5、1、2 g/mL),连续干预 14 d.记录各组大鼠体质量及抓力,免疫荧光法检测腓肠肌组织中活性氧(ROS)表达水平;免疫组织化学法检测腓肠肌组…查看全部>>
