基于数据驱动的航天器科研管理模式探索及实践OA北大核心CSTPCD
Exploration and Practice of Spacecraft Scientific Research Management Mode Based on Data-driven
针对航天器传统科研管理模式在项目管理要素联动、研制队伍协同、研制任务实时管控、研制资源统筹分配、矩阵式管理效能发挥等方面难以适应研制任务剧增的任务形势的问题,文章提出了基于数据驱动的航天器科研管理模式,建立了信息化系统并在企业全范围推广应用,企业和项目决策层能够全面掌控研制信息、准确高效实施决策.经重大工程任务航天器研制管理应用验证,结果表明:该方法保证了航天器项目管理和企业统筹管理的成效,有力支撑了研制任务顺利实施.
Aiming at the problem that the traditional spacecraft scientific research management mode is difficult to adapt to the task situation with the rapid increase of research tasks in terms of the linkage of project management elements,the collaboration of research teams,the real-time control of research tasks,the overall allocation of research resources,and the matrix manage-ment efficiency,the paper proposes a data-driven research management mode,establishes an in-formation system and promotes its application throughout the enterprise.The enterprise and the project decision-makers can fully control the research information,accurately and efficiently im-plement the decision.After verification by the application of spacecraft development and manage-ment for major engineering tasks,the result shows that the method ensures the effectiveness of spacecraft project management and enterprise overall management,and strongly support the smooth implementation of the development tasks.
