Mid infrared spectroscopy study on the structure of chicken essence
摘要
Abstract
The structure of chicken semen was studied using mid infrared(MIR)spectroscopy techniques(including one-dimensional MIR spectroscopy,second-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,fourth-order derivative MIR spectroscopy,and deconvolution MIR spectroscopy).Experimental findings:The main infrared absorption modes of chicken sperm structure include sodium glutamate molecular NH3+functional group asymmetric bending vibration mode of(δasNH3+-Glutamate Sodium),glutamate sodium molecular COO-functional group asymmetric stretching vibration mode(vasCOO--Glutamate Sodium),glutamate sodium molecular NH3+functional group symmetric bending vibration mode(δsNH3+-Glutamate Sodium),glutamate sodium molecular CH2 functional group bending vibration mode(δCH2-Glutamate Sodium)and glutamate sodium molecular COO-functional group symmetric stretching vibration mode(vsCOO--Glutamate Sodium).Research has found that the main component of chicken essence is glutamate sodium.The structure of chicken semen was identified and a new methodology was establish,which has important application research value.关键词
