Digital Transformation,Dynamic Capabilities and Latecomer Firms'Catch-up
数字化转型是未来经济增长的引擎,如何在数字经济背景下实现后发追赶是企业发展的核心议题.然而,企业数字化转型和后发追赶之间的关系机制尚未得到充分探索.本文基于 2012～2022年制造业上市企业的相关数据,从理论和实证层面探讨数字化转型对企业后发追赶的影响.研究结果如下:(1)数字化转型对企业的技术追赶和市场追赶有积极且显著的影响,在使用工具变量法、倾向评分匹配和其他稳健性检验后,结果仍然有效.此外,数字化转型对市场追赶的提升作用比技术追赶更强;(…查看全部>>
