本文基于 2006~2022 年黄河流域九省区 99 个地级市的面板数据,考察了经济增长压力对生态保护与高质量发展耦合协调的影响效应、内在机制及异质性表现.结果表明:(1)2006~2022 年,黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展耦合协调水平呈现波动上升趋势,总体从轻度失调发展到一般协调;(2)黄河流域经济增长压力对生态保护与高质量发展耦合协调具有显著而稳健的"倒U型"影响;(3)技术创新和产业结构升级是上述"倒U型"影响得以发挥的两条内在机制;(4)黄河流域经济增长压力对生态保护与高质量发展耦合协调的"倒U型"影响仅显著存在于资源型城市和中上游城市.研究结论可为黄河流域持续有效推进生态保护与高质量发展耦合协调提供经济增长目标设定维度的政策启示.

Based on panel data from 99 prefecture level cities in nine provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2022,this study examines the impact,underlying mechanisms,and heterogeneity of economic growth pressure on the cou-pling and coordination of ecological protection and high-quality development.The results show that:(1)From 2006 to 2022,the level of coupling coordination between ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin showed a fluctua-ting upward trend,with an overall development from mild imbalance to general coordination.(2)The economic growth pressure in the Yellow River Basin has a significant and robust inverted U-shaped impact on the coupling and coordination of ecological pro-tection and high-quality development.(3)Technological innovation and industrial structure upgrading are the two inherent mecha-nisms through which the"inverted U-shaped"influence can be exerted.(4)The inverted U-shaped impact of economic growth pressure in the Yellow River Basin on the coupling and coordination of ecological protection and high-quality development only exists significantly in resource-based cities and mid to upper reaches cities.The research conclusion can provide policy inspiration for the dimension of economic growth goal setting for the sustainable and effective promotion of ecological protection and high-quality develo-pment coupling coordination in the Yellow River Basin.
