摘要

Abstract

Based on the panel data of 284 prefecture-level cities in China from 2010 to 2021,this paper studies the carbon emission efficiency of digital economy on urban green development and its influencing mechanism by using the super-efficiency SBM model and other methods.The results show that the development of digital economy helps to improve the carbon emission efficiency of cities.Among them,fiscal expenditure performance and environmental regulation intensity play an intermediary role.Under the adjustment of the speed of economic development and the level of human capital,digital economy more significantly promotes the carbon emission efficiency of cities.At the same time,there is obvious heterogeneity in the impact of digital economy on urban car-bon emission efficiency.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as strengthening the coordinated growth of digi-tal economy development and carbon emission efficiency,optimizing government fiscal expenditure,and accelerating the construc-tion of digital cities.
