基于《治肝三十法》探析从肝论治间质性肺疾病咳嗽
Discussion on the treatment of cough related to interstitial lung disease from liver based on Thirty Methods of Treating the Liver

Abstract
Wang Xugao,a medical expert in the Qing Dynasty,summarized his practice and created the Thirty Methods of Treating the Liver by focusing on the four aspects of liver qi,liver fire,liver wind,and liver deficiency.Based on the medical work,this article explores the origins and connotations of the four notions,and the similarities between the changes in the pathogenesis of interstitial lung disease and these four conditions of the liver.Accordingly,it is proposed that cough related to interstitial lung disease be treated from the perspective of liver.In addition,the clinical medication rules and effective prescriptions for the disease are analyzed and explored in the study,with the attachment of typical cases to verify their clinical effects.It is hoped that the new ideas and methods can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cough related to interstitial lung disease in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
