Abstract
Biotoxins widely exist in the natural environment and agricultural products,which is a substance with diverse structures and a great variety of types.It is worth emphasizing that foods containing such substances often cause poisoning,which threatens the normal life of humans to a certain extent.In this context,scientists have proposed and developed a variety of detection and analysis techniques for biotoxins,including immunofluorescence and mass spectrometry.Among them,LMS technology has significant high specificity and high sensitivity.Based on this,this paper discusses the applications of LMS technology.关键词
