Association analysis of BMP6 gene polymorphisms with growth and slaughter traits in Yuexi Frizzled Feather chicken
[目的]探讨BMP6 基因多态性对粤西卷羽鸡生长性状及屠宰性状的影响.[方法]以 120 只粤西卷羽鸡为试验材料,对BMP6 基因外显子设计特异性扩增引物,采取PCR产物直接测序法分析SNP位点,利用单因素方差分析对SNP位点基因型与生长性状及屠宰性状进行关联分析.[结果]在BMP6 基因外显子区域共检测到7 个SNP位点,其中,g.64185950 T>C、g.64195411 G>A和g.64195613 C>T处于编码区,…查看全部>>
