摘要

Abstract

Through the investigation of ancient books and literature,the combing of modern research results of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the knowledge and application experience of well-known experts and scholars in the fields of clinical medicine and Chinese pharmacy,it is concluded that morinda root mainly has the following characteristics:Its effects mainly involve tonifying kidney yang,strengthening muscles and bones,and dispelling wind and dampness.The symptom targets of the herb include impotence,menstrual disorders,asthma,while its biological indicator targets are oligospermia and necrospermia.Modern pharmacology has found that morinda root and its active ingredients have the effects of anti-oxidation,anti-aging,immune regulation,anti-fatigue,anti-osteoporosis,relieving asthma,improving reproduction,anti-inflammation,regulating blood glucose,reducing blood pressure,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection,etc.This product is non-toxic,but should not be used for those with the syndromes of yin deficiency,fire effulgence,and excessive heat.Its routine clinical dosage range is 10-20 g,which should be determined according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease,and the dose-effect relationship between their dosage and their symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets should be actively explored and constructed.
