为探究宁夏某牛场3头泌乳奶牛急性死亡病例的病原及其耐药性,本研究采用鉴别性培养基进行病原分离、纯化;使用牛乳培养基探究生化特性;运用分子生物学方法进行病原种类鉴定和分型;12类27种抗生素进行药物敏感性研究.结果显示,分离到的3株病原菌呈现出β溶血环,具有"汹涌发酵"的现象,均为A型产气荚膜梭菌(分别命名为S1、S2、S3).且对氨苄西林、头孢曲松、头孢唑啉、美罗培能、哌拉西林、氨苄西林-舒巴坦敏感;对头孢拉定、恩诺沙星、头孢呋辛钠、利奈唑胺、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、替加环素、环丙沙星、万古霉素、米诺环素、左氧氟沙星中度敏感;对链霉素、诺氟沙星、庆大霉素、磺胺甲噁唑、红霉素、四环素、克林霉素、林可霉素、阿米卡星、氨曲南耐药.可见,本研究中导致泌乳牛急性死亡的病原菌为A型产气荚膜梭菌,且此分离菌株对部分抗生素具有一定的耐药性.

To explore the pathogens and antibiotic resistance of Clostridium perfringens isolates in 3 a-cute death cases of dairy cows from a cattle farm in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,differential medium was used to isolate and purify the pathogen in this study.The biochemical characteristic was confirmed by milk medium,and the molecular biology method was adopted to identify the pathogens'species and geno-types.In addition,27 antibiotics under 12 classes were used to detect the pathogens'antibiotic resistance.The results showed that the three isolated pathogenic bacteria exhibited β-hemolytic ring with the phenom-enon of"turbulent fermentation".The results of typing and identification showed that the three isolates were all Clostridium perfringens type A(named S1,S2,and S3).The results of antibiotic resistance showed that three strains of Clostridium perfringens type A are sensitive to ampicillin,ceftriaxone,ce-fazolin,meropenem,piperacillin,ampicillin-sulbactam,moderately sensitive to cefuroxime sodium,lin-ezolid,cefotaxime,ceftazidime,tigecycline,ciprofloxacin,vancomycin,minocycline,levofloxacin,and resistant to streptomycin,norfloxacin,Gentamicin,sulfamethoxazole,erythromycin,tetracycline,clinda-mycin,lincomycin,amikacin,aztreonam.In conclusion,this study determined Clostridium perfringens type A as the pathogen that caused the acute death of lactating cattle,and this isolated strain has certain resistance to some antibiotics.
