Design of Timing System for Power Switch of Intelligent Household Appliances
摘要
Abstract
A design scheme of power switch timing system based on ATmega328P microcontroller is proposed,which is mainly used in the power supply control of small household appliances.The system is based on the Arduino Nano development board,and uses ATmega328P microcontroller as the core control device.5 V relay and capacitive touch switch are used to achieve manual and timing on-off control of the power supply of small household appliances;The OLED LCD display is used to display menu options and timed durations in real time.Function selection and setting timing buttons are set in the system,together with a buzzer circuit for timing prompt.The system consists of capacitive touch sensor switch and key switch as the signal input part,which is responsible for collecting the manual start and stop signal and timing information of the power supply;the collected signal is analyzed,processed and judged in the microcontroller,and the corresponding output control is given.The output part of the system includes a display module,a relay control module and a prompt sound module,which jointly completes the functions of human-computer interaction,manual on-off and timing on-off of power supply under the action of output control signals.The system simulation and product test results show that the system can effectively realize the demand of power supply timing on and off,and can achieve the original intention of rational use of power resources.关键词
