Abstract
Complex equipment such as airplanes and automobiles are composed of multiple sub-functional systems,and their research and development usually require the synergy of multiple disciplines to be successfully completed.In order to effectively coordinate the coupling relationship between multiple disciplines,rational integration of various subsystems has become the key to equipment development.Digital twin technology provides a new way to solve this challenge.Through digital twin technology,a modular design-based approach is used for program decision-making and module division.By building a digital twin big data platform,structured and unstructured twin data can be effectively managed,and traditional design can be extended to a wider range of fields,including function-oriented design,manufacturing-oriented design,and service-oriented design,etc.,which realizes the integrated collaborative design of the whole life cycle of products.This comprehensive design approach helps to effectively shorten the development cycle of complex equipment,reduce development costs,and ultimately improve the performance and reliability of equipment.Through the digital twin technology,the synergies between various subsystems work more closely,providing more efficient and innovative solutions for the development and production of complex equipment.关键词
