Design of Lotus Root Harvesting Robot Based on Double Spiral Propulsion

Abstract
In order to explore the clean,green,electrified,and intelligent development path of China′s agricultural machinery and equipment in the context of new energy,a small machine design that is electric powered,highly intelligent,and can automatically harvest lotus roots is proposed,which can solve many difficulties in lotus root harvesting.The lotus root harvesting robot is designed to address the complex and difficult natural growth environment of lotus roots,using a double spiral drum as the propulsion structure and an electric lotus root harvesting robot composite energy system based on supercapacitors.It relies on IoT technology and positioning technology to automatically plan the path,and comprehensively utilizes traditional jet and shovel harvesting methods to design a spray cleaning and conveying device.It can achieve an automated harvesting process that integrates mining,washing,and collection.Through experimental comparison and analysis,the lotus root harvesting robot can effectively improve the harvesting efficiency and product integrity of lotus roots,greatly reduce energy consumption,significantly reduce labor cost investment,and achieve effective unity of energy conservation,environmental protection,cost reduction,and efficiency increase.关键词
