Electrical System Design and Industrial Application of Large Kitchen Waste Treatment Robot

Abstract
Centralized large-scale food waste disposal equipment is equipped with a stirring and defeeding robot system to carry out biological and efficient fermentation treatment of materials,which can effectively reduce the quality of food waste,and decompose food waste into organic fertilizer,so as to reduce environmental pollution and realize waste resources.The equipment is equipped with master PLC for integrated control of the system,HMI is configured as the human-computer interaction interface,and high-precision servo drive is used to control the stirring rotation mechanism and walking mechanism of the robot,which greatly improves the overall control accuracy of the robot.The operation current of the component is collected and recorded by PLC in real time,and the position/current matrix model is built in combination with the collected real-time position.The processing speed of the latter processing cycle is controlled by adaptive intelligence,so that the material is fully integrated and fermented,and the final processing is completed.With the adaptive closed-loop control technology of temperature and humidity and the use of HMI as the terminal control interface,the integrated intelligent control of the whole equipment is realized.According to the characteristics of materials in different industries,pre-treatment and post-treatment equipment are configured to complete the industrialization of equipment.关键词
