摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of high cost,low efficiency and expensive equipment on sole gluing,a fully automatic sole gluing system based on 3D vision is designed with the sole gluing process as the research object.The integrated 3D deep learning vision algorithm is proposed.Through designing a reasonable vision system,the point cloud of the sole can be obtained,the important attributes of the sole point cloud can be analyzed,and the key information of the sole can be extracted.By taking pictures with the camera,the feature values are extracted from the point cloud to form the feature vector,and the controller transmits the feature vector(the gluing state of the robot)to the robot arm to provide data support for the automatic gluing of the robot.The results show that the design and application of the 3D vision automatic sole gluing system is conducive to improving the automation level of sole gluing,making the sole gluing system no longer restricted by the gluing process,improving the scope of it application,so as to achieve industrial upgrading,enhance the competitiveness of the footwear industry.
