Abstract
In response to the problems of low flexibility of existing automated production equipment and poor precision of coating and lamination in the practical application of new energy vehicle parts,a high-precision flexible coating and lamination line body has been developed through in-depth research on coating and lamination processes.Firstly,the working principle of automatic gluing and pressing is analyzed,and the overall structure and layout of the gluing and pressing line were designed,mainly including the gluing workstation and the flipping composite workstation.Subsequently,a detailed design is carried out for the robot gluing unit of the gluing workstation and the heating system of the flipping composite workstation,the profiling tire film,the flipping and pressing mechanism,and the bottom ejecting rapid mold changing mechanism.Then a line control system software is developed,which controls the signal interlocking between the gluing and flipping workstations through key process parameter correlation,improving the overall production reliability of the equipment.Finally,the overall performance of the developed line is verified through overall debugging and performance analysis.After practical application by customers on site,the line can stably achieve flexible production of three products:car B-pillar panel,laser radar cover,and base.The width and height errors of the adhesive line on the outer plate after coating are within±0.25 mm.The key joint surfaces of the inner and outer plates of the product are continuously and evenly filled with adhesive,and 1 000 sets of products are continuously produced.The product qualification rate shall not be less than 99%.关键词
