Abstract

The moisture detection of insulating oil is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of power transformer,and the dielectric property analysis of water-containing insulating oil can provide a reference for the moisture detection of insulating oil.The Maxwell-Wagner model is simplified to obtain the relationship between the complex dielectric constant of the mixed medium and the discrete phase content.Based on Maxwell-Wagner model,the dielectric law of water-containing insulation oil with the change of electric field frequency at different temperatures and different micro-water volume fraction is explored.The results show that:Within 0.5-20 GHz,the maximum error of the real part and the maximum error of the imaginary part of the complex dielectric constant of the water-containing insulating oil when the micro-water volume fraction is 0.001 0%does not exceed 0.051 4%and 1.050 0%.Therefore,the model is suitable for studying the dielectric properties of the water-containing insulating oil.The real part of the complex dielectric constant increases with the increase of micro-water volume fraction,and decreases with the increase of electric field frequency.The changes of real and imaginary parts increased with the increase of temperature.The results show that the dielectric properties of water-containing insulating oil can be significantly affected by micro-water volume fraction,temperature and frequency.
