摘要

Abstract

The encroachment of vegetation growth on the line space in the transmission and distribution line corridor is a common problem in line maintenance and one of the main causes of line faults.High branch scissors are commonly used to trim branches.There are defects such as heavy tools,laborious operation,high work intensity,and potential electric shock hazards.The extension rod of the high branch scissors is made of high-grade insulation rod,with a maximum insulation level of 10 kV and a length of up to 6 m.It is controlled by an STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip and uses Bluetooth wireless mode to remotely control the action of the high branch scissors.Video transmission is carried out through WiFi.It has the advantages of being able to view the working surface condition in real-time(if necessary,the entire process can be recorded),fully insulated,lightweight,easy to operate,labor-saving,and safe and reliable.It can effectively help staff accurately locate and trim branches,reduce work intensity,improve work efficiency and safety,and effectively protect the personal safety of workers and the smooth progress of power operations,which has great promotion value.
