Abstract

Combined with a construction project,the design and installation of smoke prevention and exhaust fan control system are introduced.The control methods for smoke prevention and exhaust fans are divided into nearby control,fire linkage control,multi line direct start stop,and air valve interlocking.Proximity control mainly relies on KB0 control inside the distribution box.The basic configuration of the control and protection switch includes the switch body,electronic overload release,short circuit alarm contact,overload alarm contact,and auxiliary contact.Its main circuit and secondary circuit can achieve nearby control of the fire fan.The fire linkage control method should use the alarm signals of two or more independent smoke detectors or one smoke detector and one manual fire alarm button in the same alarm area as the linkage trigger signals for the opening of the pressurized air supply outlet and smoke exhaust outlet,as well as the start of the pressurized fan and smoke exhaust fan.The fire linkage controller also control the start of the smoke control and smoke exhaust fan through linkage.Smoke prevention and exhaust fans also are equipped with manual direct control devices in the fire control room.The 280℃smoke exhaust fire damper set on the main pipe at the entrance of the smoke exhaust fan are directly linked to control the fan to stop after being closed.The action signals of the smoke exhaust fire damper and fan are fed back to the fire linkage controller.
