摘要

Abstract

At present,the intelligent construction of Monorail Vehicle Frame welding is still in a weak stage.In view of the problem that the welding parameters of manual welding machines cannot be automatically issued in production sites where large-scale welding equipment is used due to the lack of data in the production process of welding equipment,complex business processes,and the lack of information control of the welding process,there is an urgent need for monorail frame welding monorail track frame welding needs to strengthen its informatization construction in production management.The intelligent welding control system of monorail frame welding based on industrial LAN,big data and cloud platform is introduced,which realizes platform and network management of monorail frame welding workshop,solves the problem that manual welding parameters can not be issued automatically,realizes the automatic distribution control of welding process parameters of manual welding machine during the welding production process of user's monorail frame products,improves the interconnection ability of equipment,and the automation and intelligence level of welding equipment,and helps to solve the problems of welding quality and production efficiency.
