Abstract
This paper explores the current status and development of the reform of higher continuing education from the perspective of lifelong learn-ing.With the rapid development of society and advancements in science and technology,knowledge is being updated at an accelerated pace.In order to meet the needs of society and personal development,lifelong learning has become an inevitable trend.Higher continuing education,as an important com-ponent of lifelong learning,faces challenges in terms of reform and development.The objective of this study is to explore the enhancement and progression of higher continuing education through lifelong learning.By analyzing the concepts and characteristics of lifelong learning and higher continuing education,studying the current situation and problems,and exploring reform paths and quality assurance mechanisms,this research provides theoretical and practical support for ensuring educational quality,meeting the individual needs of learners,and promoting social development and progress.关键词
