Abstract
The conventional dynamic positioning method for self-propelled and self-elevating wind power installation ships mainly uses MOSES software for simulation and load adjustment positioning analysis,which is easily affected by tidal dynamic changes,resulting in poor ship dynamic positioning effect.A new dynamic positioning method for self-propelled and self elevating wind power installation ships based on fuzzy control is designed.The environmental load of the self-propelled and self-elevating wind power installation vessel is calculated,and the dynamic positioning curve of the wind power installation vessel is generated using fuzzy control,achieving the dynamic positioning of the self-propelled and self-elevating wind power installation vessel.The example analysis results show that the fuzzy control dynamic positioning method designed for the self-propelled and self-elevating wind power installation ship has good positioning effect,reliability,and certain application value,making a certain contribution to improving the safety of offshore wind power construction.关键词
