A Study on Digital Competence of Open University Teachers from an International Perspective
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and the promotion of internationalization of education,open universities have rapidly risen globally.The digital competence of teachers has become a key factor in the quality and effectiveness of open university teaching.This article aims to explore the connotation,constituent elements,and improvement strategies of digital competence of open university teachers from an international perspec-tive,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of the teaching staff and the internationalization of education in open universities.关键词
