摘要

Abstract

Currently,the method of manually adding traditional machinery to remove oily sludge from oil and gas field stations is commonly used,which is difficult to remove,unstable in dredging effect,and poses significant safety hazards.In response to this issue,a movable container type oily dredging device suitable for the characteristics of oilfield sewage and sludge,with integrated main functions,is designed.It mainly consists of three parts:a mobile underwater operation end,ground power and control workstation,connecting pipelines,and control cables.The dredging system uses a rotary auger combined with a slurry pump and a high-pressure water nozzle to collect sludge.The walking system adopts a spiral propulsion structure,which can achieve forward,backward,left,right,and in situ rotation underwater.The control system includes a ground console,an electrical control cabinet,and a power hydraulic control compartment at the underwater operation end,which can provide comprehensive control and operation of the device.The mutual cooperation between various systems enables them to disperse,crush,extract,and transport the contaminated oil and mud at their respective locations during the travel process,which is green and environmentally friendly and provides great convenience for on-site operations.
