摘要

Abstract

Collaborative robot is designed to interact closely with human in shared workspace.Compared to widespread use of traditional industrial robot,collaborative robot is still in early stages of industrial application.Collaborative robot has obvious advantages in application scenarios of human-computer interaction.Differences and characteristics between collaborative robot and traditional robot from multiple perspectives are analyzed and a detailed comparison is provided.Potential application scenarios of collaborative robot in car body workshop are explored,the differences and characteristics between collaborative robots and traditional robots are compared and analyzed from multiple perspectives.Application of collaborative robot in side panel area is taken as an example to explore safety scheme of joint activity space between operator and collaborative robot,and typical safety characteristics in application of collaborative robot in car body workshop is introduced.It provides reference for promotion and application of collaborative robot in car body workshop in the future,and has certain reference significance for other industrial application scenarios.
