摘要

Abstract

The training of university teachers is an important part of the construction of teaching staff.Improving the quality of university teacher train-ing in the new era is an urgent need for adapting to the development and change of the new era,an inevitable requirement for the construction of high-quality education system,and an internal demand for the professional growth of university teachers.This article provides profound analysis of the current problems in top-level planning,methods,and organizational implementation of university teacher training.It also proposes optimization suggestions and implementation paths for the university teacher training,namely concentrating on the global planning,menu-based training courses,teachers'career de-velopment and training evaluation,thus promoting the systematization,personalization,sustainability and effectiveness of the university teacher training.
