三螺旋理论下高职院校工匠精神培育策略
The Strategy of Cultivating Craftsman Spirit in Higher Vocational Education under the Triple Helix Theory

Abstract
Elevating the spirit of craftsmanship is crucial for developing master craftsmen and skilled artisans.Higher vocational colleges are the main front for the training of high-quality technical and skilled personnel,and should be committed to the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of technical and skilled personnel.By theoretical research methods this paper analyzes the appropriateness of triple helix theory and craftsmanship spirit cultivation in high-er vocational colleges,and sort out the current situation of craftsmanship spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges in China.Our research unearthed a slow evolution within the Triple Helix,leading to a dearth of impetus in cultivating the artisan spirit.Furthermore,the co-evolution and co-growth rates within the Triple Helix are notably low,resulting in an insufficient coordination of craftsmanship nurturing.The tripartite network training system remains underdeveloped,thus neglecting the importance of cultivating craftsmanship.In response to these challenges,it becomes imperative to refine the incentiv-ization and safeguarding systems for craftsmanship cultivation,thereby stimulating an energetic and sustainable evolution within the helix.The enrichment of training systems and quality evaluation mechanisms is also of critical importance to bolster the collaboration between schools,government,and industry in nurturing talents.Lastly,we advocate for the enhancement of vocational education groups and high-level cultivation bases,aiming to optimize the tri-partite network organization.关键词
