Abstract
The elevator speed governor is a crucial component of the elevator system,and the safety switch of the elevator speed governor is a key element in the elevator safety protection system.The importance of the traction elevator speed governor in electrical safety is becoming increasingly prominent.However,due to manufacturing differences,varying working principles,and model specifications,the methods of operation for speed governors are also inconsistent,especially concerning the quantity and placement of electrical safety switches,which vary among different speed governors.By conducting an in-depth analysis of commonly encountered speed governors in the market,the inspection of safety switches for elevator speed limiters is discussed from two aspects:the operation and setting of safety devices,with a focus on analyzing the safety switch setting issues that are easily overlooked during the inspection process of elevator speed limiters.Finally,several measures are proposed during the verification process of the speed limiter switch to reduce the probability of elevator safety accidents.The proposed verification method effectively identifies problems with the electrical safety switches of the speed governor,ensuring the quality of the inspection and providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the elevator system.关键词
