Abstract
Financial assistance to students involves national plans,concerns people's livelihoods,and touches people's hearts.In the new era,fi-nancial assistance with education in higher education institutions is a crucial policy to promote educational and social equity,an inevitable requirement to build a country with strong human resources and cultivate new talents of the era,and a strategic move to realize the Chinese Dream of great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.On the basis of theoretical interpretation,historical experience collation,and analysis of current development status of financial assis-tance with education,a comprehensive refinement and reconstruction of the working system of financial assistance with education in the new era have been carried out in order to rationalize its operational framework and practical path,to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of financial assistance with educa-tion and to enable students to grow up and excel themselves.关键词
