Abstract
As a legal system to protect the rights and interests of knowledge creators,intellectual property law is of great significance for encouraging innovation and knowledge dissemination.In the field of continuing education,the application of intellectual property law is gaining increasing attention.This paper analyzes the application of intellectual property law in continuing education,including the protection of intellectual property and the mainte-nance of educational equity.Based on this analysis,the study identifies the challenges of intellectual property law in continuing education,including diffi-culties in legal application,constraints on the sharing of educational resources,and difficulties in balancing intellectual property protection with education-al needs.To address these challenges,recommendations are proposed,including strengthening legal training and guidance,promoting a cooperation mech-anism for sharing educational resources,and formulating reasonable intellectual property policies.关键词
