高技术产品造型意象机器评价方法研究——以航空发动机为例OACSTPCD
Research on Evaluation Method of High-tech Product Form Image by Machine:A Case Study of Aeroengin
基于图像信息熵原理提出一种机器评价高技术产品造型意象的方法,可用于产品美度评价、辅助产品工程设计等领域.以航空发动机产品为例,通过用户眼动实验探究工业设计领域专家和发动机行业人员造型评价的隐性关注点,基于优化支持向量机的造型美度算法构建航空发动机图像特征数据与其造型意象评价之间的映射模型.实验结果显示:机器评价与专家评价的拟合度评价达到75%以上,商用航空发动机的预测准确率高于军用发动机.
Based on the principle of image information entropy,this paper proposes a method for high-tech product form image evaluation by machine,which can be used in the fields of product aesthetics evaluation and assisted product engineering design.Taking aeroengine products as an example,the implicit concerns of experts in the field of industrial design and engine industry personnel are explored through user eye movement experiments,and the mapping model between aeroengine image feature data and its form image evaluation is constructed based on the aesthetics algorithm of optimized support vector machine.The experiment results show that the fitting degree evaluation between machine evaluation and expert evaluation reaches more than 75%,and the prediction accuracy of commercial aeroengine is higher than that of military engine.
