Swiss Modern Apprenticeship Training Experience and Reference
摘要
Abstract
In the Swiss vocational education model,apprenticeship education model occupies the dominant position,with about 70%youngsters of ap-propriate age receiving apprenticeship education.A"tripartite"learning model is added to the apprenticeship vocational education system,which inherits and carries forward traditional"dual-system"education model.With continuous development of China's education system,increasing importance has been attached to vocational education.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research into the experience and reference of Swiss modern appren-ticeship training at the present stage,which will especially provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the improvement and innovation of"mentoring"teaching mode of civil aviation pilot training in the new era.关键词
