共生理论视角下企业在现代学徒制中话语权的缺失与重构
Absence and Reconstruction of Enterprises'Right of Speech in Modern Apprenticeship System from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

Abstract
Modern apprenticeship is a talent cultivation mode that aims to deepen industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,to further improve the education mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and to innovate the mode of training technical personnel.In the modern ap-prenticeship system,enterprises and schools jointly undertake the responsibility of cultivating technical personnel,so enterprises should enjoy the appro-priate right of speech.However,problems in the school-enterprise culture,management mechanism,teaching implementation,evaluation and feedback result in the absence of enterprises'right of speech to certain extent.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,by methods such as investigation and litera-ture research,this paper presents in-depth research and analysis on the absence and reconstruction of enterprises's right of speech in modern apprentice-ship,and explores the strategies to flexibly reconstruct the right of speech from the perspective of symbiosis concept.关键词
