Holistic Perspective:The Dilemma and Mechanism Optimization of Modern Apprenticeship Implementation

Abstract
Modern apprenticeship system is an effective model for achieving"school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration"in vocational education.According to the theory of holistic management,the implementation of modern apprenticeship in China still faces dilemas,such as inadequate policy support and difficulties in resource integration;the unsound cooperation mechanism,and difficulty in the collaboration of the main bodies;unclear boundaries of rights and difficulty in implementing responsibilities;the dilemma of insufficient information exchange and difficulty in mu-tual trust.Establishing a holistic concept to promote mechanism optimization requires improving and implementing top-level design,integrating modern apprenticeship resources;building a sound cooperation mechanism to promote deep integration of industry and education;protecting the rights of the sub-ject,consolidating responsibilities,and stimulating endogenous motivation;exploring ways to improve the level of teaching staff and enhancing mutual trust and cooperation.关键词
