Cultivating Rural Teachers'Ability to Guide Family Education:Value,Dilemmas and Breakthroughs

Abstract
Scientific and effective family education guidance is an important way to improve parents'educational ability and promote students'healthy growth.Teachers play an irreplaceable role in family education guidance.Starting from the practice of rural education,this paper deeply analyzes the value and dilemma of cultivating rural teachers'ability to guide family education,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It is found that teachers'ability to guide family education is a necessary demand for developing fair and quality rural basic education,promoting the development of home-school co-education in rural areas,and building a modern rural family education ideological system.However,at present,problems such as rural teach-ers'weak awareness of professional development,superficial connection between home and school,weak feelings for rural education,lack of cultural cap-ital of parents,and scattered and disorderly government supervision have affected the steady improvement of teachers'ability to guide family education.In order to solve the dilemma of improving the rural teachers'ability to guide family education,it is suggested to strengthen the external coordination mecha-nism,broaden the communication channels between home and school,strengthen feelings for the rural culture,update the educational concepts of par-ents,and strengthen the government supervision.关键词
