哈尔滨新区构建数字自贸区的必要性及路径研究
Research on the Necessity and Path of Constructing Digital Free Trade Zone in Harbin New Area
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of new globalization dominated by digital economy and trade,constructing digital free trade zone has become the future development direction of free trade zone.Harbin New Area is a state-level new area center in the border area among China,Mongolia and Russia and building a digital free trade zone can not only promote the development of digital economy and trade in the region,but also help complete its own upgrading,and provide useful experience for the nation's digital economy and trade strategy.On the basis of analyzing the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of the development of Harbin New Area,and the opportunities brought by the digitalization of economy and trade,this paper puts forward the necessity of constructing digital free trade zone,and discusses the effective path and practical significance of constructing digital free trade zone based on the actual situation of Harbin New Area.关键词
