摘要

Abstract

According to the current situation and demand of mechatronics integration training in vocational colleges,the development idea of digital twin mechatronics training platform for reference to the practical experience of digital twin technology is put forward.Based on Siemens NX/MCD and taking the existing INGO-558 opto-mechatronics equipment as an example,the composition and movement process of opto-mechatronics physical equipment are described.3D models are drawn with SolidWorks 2019;Siemens NX/MCD software is used to configure electromechanical properties of 3D model and set signals;TIA software is used to establish the model MCD signal and PLC variable connection.Then,PLC program is written,PLC hardware platform,network communication,process flow program are configured,and HMI interface is designed.After compiling the program,PLCsim Advanced is used to download the program and starts SIMIT simulation to verify the correctness of the PLC program and the rationality of the mechanical structure design.When deviation from expectation occurs,check the PLC program running status and MCD signal trigger and simulation sequence running status will be checked and modify according to the corresponding error;When the results meets the expectations,the program will be downloaded to the PLC of the equipment,the debugging of the equipment is then completed.
