有限元仿真研究不同栽桩深度下AG螺纹受力分析
Finite Element Simulation Study on Force Analysis of AG Series Threads under Different Pile Planting Depths

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of bolt preload degradation,finite element simulation is applied to investigate the microscopic contact motion between the thread bonding surfaces,and force analysis of AG series threads at different pile planting depths is conducted.The results show that the calculated torque results meet the use standard when the planting depths are 5P,6P,7P and 8P,and the AG6x 1 thread vice achieves the function of overload screw pile connection.According to the reserch results,6 mm of AG6x 1 pile planting depths is suggested.关键词
