赶黄草化学成分及药理活性研究进展
Advances in Studies on Chemical Composition and Pharmacological Activity of Penthorum Chinense Pursh
摘要
Abstract
As a traditional Miao medicine,Penthorum chinense Pursh has been widely used as a"medicine and food homology"plant in folk,and it could be used for the prevention and treatment of liver-disease.It has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,inducing diuresis for removing edema,suppressing hyperactive liver with the characteristics of sweet in flavor and warm in nature.Modern natural pharmaceutical chemistry studies have shown that Penthorum chinense Pursh is rich in bioactive constituents,including flavonoids,lignans,organic acids,coumari.Penthorum chinense Pursh has high medicinal value with varieties of pharmacological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and liver injury protection.In recent years,studies on the chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of Penthorum chinense Pursh have gradually deepened,but there are few reviews on it.This study has summarized the research progress of domestic and foreign literature of Penthorum chinense Pursh,hoping to provide reference for the mechanism of action and novel healthcare products with medicine and food homology of Penthorum chinense Pursh.关键词
