摘要
Abstract
Rational design of fluorescent probe molecules for monitoring endogenous hydrogen sulfide(H2 S)can help to fully understand its physiological and pathological functions.Most of the small-molecule fluorescent probes currently under development for the detection of H2 S suffer from aggregation-caused quenching(ACQ)effect,and the study of aggregation-induced emission(AIE)probes that can overcome this deficiency has received increasing attention.In this paper,we briefly review the progress and design ideas of chemically reactive H2 S in vivo imaging fluorescent probes with AIE effect in recent years,with the aim of providing some reference and thoughts for research in this field.关键词
