Abstract
Local governments act as critical intermediaries between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,playing multiple roles and exerting an indispensable influence on the integration of enterprises with schools and universities,which is a key factor for high-quality development in this sector.This paper identifies several challenges including inadequate policy direction,limited depth in the participation of local governments in the integration of enterprises with schools and universities,and a need for improving the awareness of public service.Recommendations for local governments involve establishing and refining legal and policy frameworks,exercising overarching leadership,fostering a good development environment,and enhancing public service capabilities to effectively support the high-quality development of integration of enterprises with schools and universities in vocational education.关键词
