Effect of Carbonaceous Materials Prepared from Various Solid Wastes on Degradation of Nonylphenol

为探讨碳质材料(CMs)对疏水性有机污染物(HOCs)吸附和降解的影响,通过壬基酚(NP)浓度变化和相对降解率的计算,研究不同来源的碳质材料添加对NP生物降解过程的影响.结果表明,由水稻秸秆、竹屑等种植业固体废物制备的CMs对NP降解促进的效果最明显,竹碳效果尤其好;其次是由养殖业固体废弃物(鸡粪)制备的CMs,而由工业固体废弃物制备的CMs效果最差,其中污泥碳尤其差.九种CMs相比,随着添加量的增加,各类CMs对NP降解的影响不同;酸洗前后的竹碳(PBP和PBC)对NP降解的促进作用随着添加量的增加逐渐明显;而污泥碳等工业固体废弃物制备的CMs则起到了抑制作用;其余的CMs在NP降解过程中都存在一个适宜的添加量,促进微生物降解.

In order to explore the effect of carbonaceous materials(CMs)on the adsorption and degradation of hydrophobic organic pollutants(HOCs),the effect of adding CMs from various solid wastes on the biodegradation of nonylphenol(NP)was studied by calculating the change of NP concentration and relative degradation rate.The results showed that CMs prepared from plant solid wastes(including rice straws and bamboos)had the most obvious promotion effect on the degradation of NP,especially bamboo charcoal,followed by the CM prepared from livestock solid wastes(chicken manure),the CMs prepared from industrial solid wastes was the worst,especially sludge-based biochar.Among nine kinds of CMs,their effects on the degradation of NP varied with the increase of the addition amount.With the increase of the dosage,the promotion effects of bamboo charcoals(PBP and PBC)on the degradation of NP were increased gradually,while the effects of CMs prepared from industrial solid wastes such as sludge-based biochar were inhibited.With the rest of CMs,there was a proper dosage during the degradation process,which promoted the microbial degradation.
